James Vaclavik. Loving soul mate of the late Nancy Sue Mitchell. Beloved son of the late Joseph and Marion, nee Miller. Dear brother of Joseph Retired CPD (Mary) and Kenneth Retired CFD (Beth). Fond uncle of Joseph Jr., Rena, Jill, Ashlee, Miller and Vincent. Visitation Friday 9:30 a.m. at Beverly Ridge Funeral Home; 10415 S. Kedzie Ave. until time of service 11:00 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Please dress casual as James would – please no flowers or memorial donations. 773-779-4411
