Jacqueline L. Ward, nee Larke. Beloved wife of the late Walter J., retired LT CPD. Dear mother of Michelle (Donald) Potempa and Patrick J. Loving grandmother of Fiona, Tricia and Sean Potempa. Dear sister of the late William (Mary Alice) Larke. Jacqueline had many hobbies and interests including pottery and stain glass. Loved visiting the Art Institute of Chicago. Enjoyed many visits as a snow bird with her loving husband Walter in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In lieu of flowers memorials to Emilie’s Fund, appreciated. Visitation Tuesday 9:00 a.m. at St. John Fisher until time of Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. 773-779-4411
