Michael Bernard Scianna, age 61, died suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday, May 19th. The first-born son of Michael A. and Genevieve A. Loving husband of the late Laverne, nee Anderson. Proud father of LaJean. Older brother to Fr. Bernard, O.S.A., Thomas (Dawn), Joseph (Dina) and Christopher (Daryl). Fond uncle, cousin and nephew to many. Graduate of St. Stephen Grammar School, St. Rita High School, and DeVry Institute of Technology. Michael was an Eagle Scout, an avid Blackhawks Fan and Fisherman. Visitation Saturday, May 25th, 9:00 a.m. at St. Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel, 7740 S. Western Ave. until time of Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m. Inurnment Resurrection at a later date. 773-779-4411
