Donald J. Lesnick, Veteran US Navy, age 91 of Naples, Florida, formerly of Roseland, Illinois, passed away January 18th, 2025. Born July 6th,1933 to the late Frank and Anna Lesnick. He is preceded in death by his wife Jeanette, nee Benedetti and his brothers and sisters. Beloved father of Annamarie (the late Dave) Rakes, Janet (Rich) Travaglio, Donna (Mike) Fay, and Donnie Lesnick. Loving grandfather of Dave (Leah) Rakes, Tom (Jen) Rakes, Joanne Rakes, Joy (Jake) Prince, Dan Travaglio, Chris Travaglio, Shelly (Ben) Dally, James Fay, Donnie (Becca) Lesnick, Jackie (Dominic) Cappellett, and great grandchildren, Paige, Oliver, Ethan, Emma, Giselle, Charli, Noah, Alex, Elijah, Isaiah, John, Peter, Zachary, Karina, Cecilia, Haley, and Franco. He was a 24-year resident of Naples, FL and a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. Visitation Friday, January 31st at Beverly Ridge Funeral Home, 10415 S. Kedzie Ave., Chicago, IL 60655 9:00 a.m. until time of services 11:00 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
