Charlotte Gayle Nolan, nee Hatfield, at rest on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in the grace of her own home surrounded by her loved ones. Born September 10, 1940, in Owensboro, Kentucky. Devoted daughter of the late Cecil and Rachael Hatfield. Beloved wife of the late George Daniel Nolan, Jr., Retired Captain, CFD. Loving mother of Sharon (Daniel) Hickey, Maribeth Nolan Majeti and Lisa Nolan. Cherished grandmother of Katie (Paul) Ogrinc, Annemarie and Jill Hickey, Ravi and Hannah Majeti. Adored great grandma of Danny, Jack and Tommy. Fondest sister of Janice (Doug) Dart, Michael and Angie Hatfield. Proud aunt of many nieces and nephews, cousin and friend to many.. Charlotte will be remembered as an avid reader and cross-stitch enthusiast. She was a phenomenal cook and loved to entertain family and friends. Later in life, she lived vicariously through her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or The Tunnels to Towers Foundation in Charlotte’s name. Funeral Monday 9:15 a.m. from Beverly Ridge Funeral Home, 10415 S. Kedzie Ave. to St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Private.
