Phyllis Rhein, nee Sack, age 88 of Evergreen Park. Beloved wife of the late Arthur. Dear mother of Jack (Mary), Jean (Dave) Starshak and the late Lynn. Loving grandmother of Tom (Nora), Joe (Lauren) Rhein, David, Tom and Kristen Starshak and great grandmother of Elizabeth "Lily" Rhein. Dear sister of the late Audrey Krivchuk and the late Warren Sack. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Resting at Beverly Ridge Funeral Home; 10415 S. Kedzie Avenue where services will be held Tuesday 11:00 a.m. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation Monday 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. 773-779-4411
